1. Who we are

Kelssira is the trade name of Cancor LLC, a company registered in the state of Florida, United States. In this document, "Kelssira", "we", "us" or "our" refer to that company.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our website kelssira.com and our applications, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide our services:

Contact data: when you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message.
Account data: if you create an account to use one of our applications, we collect your name, your email address and a password, which we always store encrypted.
Subscription and billing data: if you purchase a subscription, we keep the plan you chose, the start, renewal or cancellation dates, and the billing details needed to issue receipts.
Technical usage data: basic operational logs such as IP address, device type and application version, which we use to detect errors and protect the service.
Website statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement tool that uses no cookies, builds no profiles and does not identify individual visitors.

We do not collect special categories of data, such as health information, ethnic origin, religious beliefs or sexual orientation, and we ask that you not send us such information through our forms.

3. Payment data

We never collect, process or store credit or debit card numbers.

Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe, an independent payment service provider. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are governed by its own privacy policy. From Stripe we receive only payment confirmation and limited data, such as the last four digits of the card and the subscription status.

Purchases made inside applications distributed through the Microsoft Store, Google Play or the App Store are processed entirely by those platforms under their own privacy policies. In those cases we have no access to your payment data.

4. How we use your data

To respond to your enquiries and provide technical support.
To create and administer your user account.
To manage subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and billing.
To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and fix errors.
To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, or compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not rent it, and we do not disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Who we share your data with

We share data only with the providers needed to operate the service, and only to the extent necessary:

Stripe, for payment and subscription processing.
Cloudflare, for website hosting, protection against attacks and visit statistics.
Microsoft, for our corporate email service.
Microsoft Store, Google Play and the App Store, when you obtain or purchase an application through those stores.

We may also disclose data where legally required by a competent authority or where necessary to defend our rights.

6. International transfers

Our services are provided from the United States and some of our providers operate servers in other countries. If you access our services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in that country or others. We select providers that apply recognised transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

Contact form messages: up to two years from the last contact.
Account data: while the account is active and for up to ninety days after deletion.
Billing records: for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law, normally seven years.
Technical logs: up to twelve months.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a restriction of its processing, a copy in a portable format, or object to the processing. You may also withdraw your consent where consent is the basis for processing.

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the right to know what data we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights; we confirm that we do not sell or share personal data within the meaning of California law.

9. Children

Our services are aimed at professionals and businesses and are not intended for children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If we become aware that we have received data from a child, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe this has happened, please write to [email protected].

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of communications through HTTPS, encrypted storage of passwords and restricted access to information. No system is completely invulnerable, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we undertake to notify security breaches affecting you where the law requires it.

11. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the site, such as those that keep you signed in or remember the language you have chosen.
